Born at 2:03pm PST at Providence Hospital in Portland Oregon
Lee was able to deliver Max naturally with the help of our wonderful midwife, Karen Parker Lynn. Labor lasted all of 10 hours, with only 1.5 hours in the hospital before the little guy arrived.
Jeremy was able to "catch" Max as he arrived and place him on Lee's chest where the three rested comfortably for 1-2 hours, just happily getting to know each other. max was as alert as he has ever been during those first 2 hours, staring at his Mom the whole time.
